My Morning Korean (Inspired) Skincare Routine

Hiii, me again. I notice I only blog when I'm actually bored which kinda sucks because I want to update as often as possible but I have actually been extremely (wowow) busy with work (new me ;-)) & more. Okay, all that aside, I finally have this going up!!!!!!!!

First of all, sticking with this routine is time consuming and when you're feeling lazy (me 90% of the time), it's not the most ideal routine but this is all for good skin. To be honest, I have not been seeing results at all which sucks but I believe doing this now will help my skin look better as I age. (I don't know what I'm writing). Let's just start this. I also did not take any pictures on my own (I'M SO LAZY I'M SORRY) so excuse that. I have also separated the morning and night because if not, this post would be painfully long.
(the links under the images are basically where the images came from)

MORNING
step 1
Garnier Pure Active 3-in-1 Wash, Scrub & Mask
Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Cleansing Foam
Kiehl's Ultra Facial Oil-Free Cleanser

Above are 3 facial cleansers I rotate between every morning. I have some options as sometimes I prefer using a different product to clean my face. These days, I've been reaching towards the Garnier one more. Basically, the three products above have just been doing a great job in cleaning my face and stripping away excess oil. Products that do that (what I've just mentioned) generally make me feel more willing to do things because it just makes me feel good about my skin and how I look for the day and all, you know. My most favourite out of the three is definitely the Innisfree.

step 2

Nivea Refreshing Toner
Here is a summary of toners: deeper cleansing. Toner is like a prep for the skincare products you're going to apply after cleansing so they get absorbed into the skin better. This toner makes my skin feel like I splashed cooling water on my face everytime I apply it, which is fun honestly so I like it.

step 3

Innisfree Green Persimmon Pore Essence
Essence, essence, essence. I believe this is the one of the most important part of the whole skincare routine because it's just great, I don't really know how to explain :p I'm a newbie to this whole Korean skincare thing so all I know is that Essence is great :-).

step 4

Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum

Absolute favourite, the best of the best, can't live without this. This is Innisfree's best selling product and if you actually try this, you'll understand why. I don't know how I lived before using this product because this is honestly the best thing I've tried in my whole 15 years of life (which is not even that long). This makes my skin look brighter, totally helped make scarring happen less often & lighten older scars and it controlled my skin a lot. I recommend this, 10/10, should try.

step 5

Innisfree White Tone Up Eye Serum
Also amazing. This definitely helps lighten my dark circles and I end looking more human so I love this too.

step 6

Innisfee Bija Trouble Spot Essence

Also great help to my scars (I pick at my skin A LOT). Late 2015 and earlier this year, my face (nose especially) had a ton lot of scars because I literally picked at every tiny spot I could see. At first, I didn't really use & enjoy this product but now I'm loving it.

step 7
Pond's White Beauty Detox Cream
There are lots of this in a drawer somewhere and I'm thankful my parents got lots of this. I have the original version of this which is the normal one but I am currently using the Detox one because my skin is going through a tough time at the moment and I believe it needs all the help it can get to help clear it up so I use this, This definitely has been big help.

step 8

Innisfree Extreme UV Protection Gel Lotion 60

This is the most important so it comes last. Always apply sunblock even if the sun is not out because UV rays are always present during the day. Honestly, I hate sunblock, except chemical sunblock, because it makes my skin extra oily which is not cute but if good skin means having oily-looking skin then I have no choice :-). Even if it's not burning most of the time, I still prefer the highest SPF protection because that's just me.

After all that, I just apply my makeup like how I normally do it.

DONE. That's all for my Morning Korean Inspired Skincare Routine. It's a blog post so the whole thing sounds long but I promise it really isn't.

Until Next Time
